Inner Child

 I used alot of Gausian Blur in this photo to make the bear look more like a shadow, to extract myself from photos, and add the bear, I used mostly the Quick Selection tool, as I find it to be the most effective. I turned the bear into a Hard Light and lowered the opacity.
